Our focus is Employer Medical Stop Loss, Transplant Carve Out and niche medical products through insurance, excess and reinsurance coverages. We are in the catastrophic medical risk management business.

Medical Excess has offices in Orange County and Grass Valley, California, and Indianapolis, Indiana. AIG is the world’s leading U.S.-based international insurance and financial services organization, and has been underwriting Employer Medical Stop Loss since 1974.
